As a family-owned and locally-operated lawn care company, Ziehler Lawn and Tree Care treats our employees and our customers like family. We know how important community is in supporting our business and in making Ohio a wonderful place to live, so we encourage our employees to actively give back to our community and to the nation.
On July 11, 2016, members of the Ziehler team will join over 400 other landscape professionals at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. to volunteer their time and resources in honor of our country’s fallen heroes.
Renewal & Remembrance is an annual event that allows landscape professionals across the country to give back in a meaningful way. 2016 marks the twentieth anniversary of this day of service, and this year the project is being expanded to include a wider variety of landscaping projects throughout the cemetery grounds.
We are honored to be a part of this great tradition. There are few things more moving than looking out at a sea of names of those who have served our country and made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms. It is a privilege to donate our services to honor the fallen.
This is not our first year – and it won’t be our last!
You don’t need to travel far to make a difference in the community. We encourage you to find ways to give back to your community this Fourth of July.
Have a safe and Happy Fourth of July!
